Hotel Forest Inn Limited IPO Listed on NEPSE; Trading of HFIN Shares Begins March 12

The shares of Hotel Forest Inn Limited have been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), allowing investors to trade the company’s stock from March 12, 2026.

A total of 2,00,00,000 units of shares have been listed on the stock exchange. This figure includes both the shares owned by the company’s promoters and those issued to the general public through the Initial Public Offering (IPO).

According to NEPSE, the opening price range for the first trading session has been set between Rs 90.65 and Rs 271.95. Out of the total listed shares, 40,00,000 units were offered to the general public during the company’s IPO issuance. The public offering was open from 22 Magh 2082 to 26 Magh 2082, with each share carrying a par value of Rs 100.

The company’s shares will be traded on NEPSE under the stock symbol “HFIN.” With the listing completed, investors will now be able to buy and sell the company’s shares in the secondary market, marking a new milestone for Hotel Forest Inn Limited as it enters Nepal’s capital market.
