NEB Class 12 Results 2026 Published: Over 64 Percent Students Pass

The National Examination Board (NEB) has officially announced the Class 12 examination results for 2026. The results were published following a board meeting held on Friday, according to NEB spokesperson Jayanti Satyal.

Thousands of students and parents across Nepal had been eagerly awaiting the publication of the results, which mark a significant milestone in the academic journey of higher secondary students.

More Than 418,000 Students Appeared

According to the National Examination Board, a total of 418,170 students participated in the Class 12 examinations this year.

Out of the total examinees, 64.13 percent have successfully passed the examination, reflecting the overall performance of students across the country.

The Class 12 examinations began on April 14, 2026, and were conducted at examination centers nationwide under the supervision of the National Examination Board.

Examination Discipline Violations

The board also reported disciplinary actions against students who violated examination rules and regulations.

A total of 40 students had their examinations cancelled for breaching examination discipline. Among them:

• 30 students were regular candidates.
• 10 students were partial candidates.

NEB stated that strict monitoring was maintained throughout the examination period to ensure fairness and transparency.

After entering their symbol number and required details, students can view their results instantly.

Students can also receive their results through SMS by following these steps:
