Ranju Darshana Neupane Becomes First Candidate to Receive Victory Certificate After Winning Kathmandu-1

Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Ranju Darshana Neupane has become the first candidate in the ongoing House of Representatives elections to officially receive the victory certificate after securing a win from Kathmandu Constituency-1.
