Ncell Introduces Affordable ‘Pahilo SIM’ Package for SEE Students with Data, Calls & More

Ncell has unveiled a special ‘Pahilo SIM’ package for SEE graduates, offering affordable connectivity with bundled data, talk time, and access to digital platforms like Mero School and Khalti.

Telecom service provider Ncell has officially launched its popular ‘Pahilo SIM’ offer targeting students who have recently completed their Secondary Education Examination (SEE), aiming to provide affordable and accessible communication services.

Under this student-focused scheme, eligible users can purchase a prepaid SIM card for just Rs 50 (inclusive of taxes). Despite the low cost, the package includes a range of valuable benefits designed to help students stay connected and engaged digitally.

The offer provides 2GB of mobile data, along with 50 minutes of voice calls to any network, making it a balanced bundle for everyday communication. In addition, users receive 28 days of free access to digital platforms, including learning and entertainment services.

One of the key highlights is free access to ‘Mero School’, an online educational platform that offers a wide range of video-based study materials. Alongside this, users can also enjoy the Gaming Premier League (GPL), which features multiple browser-based games for entertainment.

Ncell has also included free data access for the Khalti digital wallet, allowing students to use the app without consuming their mobile data. This move further supports digital transactions and financial convenience among young users.

Additionally, customers who recharge their SIM with Rs 50 or more will receive a bonus of 500MB data valid for 7 days, adding extra value to the package.

Students interested in this offer can easily obtain the SIM from any Ncell service center across Nepal. To complete the registration process, they must present their SEE admit card along with a copy of their parent’s citizenship certificate. The SIM will be activated after standard verification procedures.

According to Ncell, the continuation of the ‘Pahilo SIM’ initiative reflects its commitment to empowering students with affordable connectivity. The company believes this offer will play a vital role in helping young users stay connected with friends, family, education, and digital services in an increasingly online world.
