Gold and Silver Prices Drop Slightly in Nepal
Gold prices in Nepal saw a small decline on Monday, the second trading day of the week. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of gold decreased by 400 rupees per tola compared to the previous day.
As per the latest update, fine gold is now priced at 296,700 rupees per tola, whereas it was traded at 297,100 rupees per tola on Sunday. Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams has also dropped, reaching 254,370 rupees today from 254,715 rupees the day before.
Silver prices have also followed a similar trend. The price of silver decreased by 75 rupees per tola, bringing it down to 4,900 rupees from 4,975 rupees on Sunday. In the same way, the price of silver per 10 grams has been fixed at 4,200 rupees, which was 4,265 rupees previously.
The Federation stated that gold and silver prices in the Nepali market are determined based on changes in the international market, which directly affect daily price adjustments.
