Nepali Congress Candidate Santosh Subba Wins From Tehrathum
Nepali Congress candidate Santosh Subba has been elected as a Member of the House of Representatives from Tehrathum, defeating CPN-UML’s Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal by 880 votes.
Kathmandu, Falgun 23: Nepali Congress candidate Santosh Subba has been elected as a Member of the House of Representatives from Tehrathum.
Subba secured 11,561 votes, defeating CPN-UML candidate Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, who received 10,682 votes. Subba won the election by a margin of 880 votes.
Meanwhile, Surendra Karki of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) received 7,737 votes, while Subindra Kumar Limbu of the Shram Sanskriti Party secured 5,200 votes.
Similarly, Randhwaj Limbu of the Nepal Communist Party received 919 votes in the election.
